Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee is scheduled to visit the United States from September 21 to attend the 2011 Annual IMF World Bank meetings at Washington.

The Reserve Bank of India Governor, Dr D Subbarao was also be there when the the finance minister meets the IMF Managing Director, Christine Lagarde for the first time after she assumed charge.
