New Delhi, dated the  9^th September, 2010.

S.O .          (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4  of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

( i)       the Additional Commissioner of Customs,  ( Imports),   Air Cargo Complex,

           Sahar, Mumbai ; and

(ii)       the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import),  New Customs House ,

           Mumbai,     

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s   United Agency,Shravan Bunglow, judges Bunglow Road, Behind Simandhar Towers, Opposite Ambience Apartments, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad and others,  issued vide, F.No DRI/MZU/ B/Enq-23/05-16  dated   the 23rd  May, 2007 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue  Intellgence,  Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
