New Delhi, dated  the  12^th  August, 2010.

S.O  .          (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4  of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), ICD,  Patparganj, New Delhi to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

( i)      the Joint/AdditionalCommissioner of Customs,(Imports),  ICD Tughlakabad,

          New Delhi;

(ii)     the Joint / Additional  Commissioner of Customs (Import),  Air Cargo Complex,

          New Delhi ;

(iii)    the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal New

         Customs  House,  Nhava Sheva, Post: Uran, District Raigad,Maharashtra,      

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s  Ripple Enterprises, 40, Saomi Nagar, New Delhi and others,  issued vide, DRI /AZU/INV-11/2009 dated 31^st May,2010 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,   Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
