Notification No. 63/2012-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 23^rd July, 2012.

            S.O.          (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Mumbai, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by-

(i)     the Additional /Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Mumbai; and

(ii)    the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Opp. Ild High Court, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Rays International, A-104, Avdhut Society, Opp. Ashok Nagar, Katargam Road, Surat  issued vide, F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-12/2012/525-532 dated 09.05.2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
