                      UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

                         It is reported that the parties had a long session before the
     mediators - Mr. Sunil Mittal, learned senior counsel and Ms.Shalini
     Sisodia, leaned counsel.
                         It is agreed that the visitation for the vacation will be put
     in abeyance and instead, the respondent  mother along with the
     children will travel to Bangalore for a monthly visitation and the
     travel expenses of the same shall be borne by the petitioner 
     father. The monthly visitation will be kept in abeyance for a
