As the similar matters are pending before this
Court, it is thought appropriate to transfer Writ Petition
(C) No.6684 of 2017, titled "All India Federation of Tax
Practitioners vs. Union of India and Another", pending before
the High Court of Delhi to this Court and, accordingly, it is
so ordered. After transfer of the case, the matter be
registered as a Transferred Case and be listed along with the
connected matters.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
