            In terms Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4   of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the  Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/26/05/2009-DRI VIC dated 01.12.2011 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s EmarsMining & Construction Pvt. Ltd., Flat No. 2C & 2D, Green Acres, 2-Nazar Ali Lane Kolkata-700019 and others to the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Port Area, Visakhapatnam for the purpose of adjudication.
