No. 856 (27)LDH/2007/Part-VII dated 27.02.2009 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI Zonal Unit, New Delhi in case of M/s. Atam Fibers, Ludhiana & others, to the Commissioner of Customs, Amritsar for adjudication.
