New Delhi, dated the 26^th September, 2012.

 

S.O.    (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Sarda House, Bedi Bunder Road, Jamnagar, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by

 

(i)             the Additional / Joint Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Sarda House, Bedi Bunder Road, Jamnagar; and

 

(ii)            the Additional / Joint Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla,

           

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Faizco, Crossway Complex, 4^th Floor, Opp. Sacred Heart Church, Pandit Nehru Marg, Jamnagar, issued vide, F.No.DRI/AZU/INT-47/2008-Faizco dated 14^th August, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
