                                         ORDER

       In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs
(N.T.) dated 7/03/2002(as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notices mentioned at
Column Number (2) of the Table below, issued by the authorities mentioned at Column
Number (3) in the case of M/s Nitco Ltd., Worli, Mumbai, to the Commissioner of Customs
(Exports), Mumbai Zone-I, having office situated at New Customs House, Ballard Estate,
Mumbai-400001, for the purpose of adjudication.
