                                       ORDER

Per B.R.Mittal, JM:

       The assessee has filed this appeal for assessment year 2006-07 against order
dated 3.1.2011 of ld CIT(A) -16, Mumbai.


2.     At the time of hearing, ld A.R. filed a letter dated 21st August, 2012 stating that
assessee does not wish to pursue the appeal and hence wants to withdraw the appeal.
Copy of the said letter is placed on record. Ld D.R. has no objection to accept the
contention of assessee.


3.     In view of above submissions of assessee, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee
as withdrawn.
