                        NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Subject: Appointment of statutory auditor for audit of accounts of AAI EPF Trust
for the Financial Year 2017 ­ 2018 and e-filing of income tax return"


Sealed quotation are invited for "Appointment of statutory auditor for a udit of
accounts of AAI EPF Trust for the Financial Year 2017 ­ 2018 and e-filing of
income tax return" by the Secretary, Airports Authority of India Employees
Provident Fund Trust (AAI EPF Trust) from CA firms empanelled with Airports
Authority of India which are based in Delhi/NCR.






TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1)      The quoted audit fee shall be inclusive of all charges. However, GST shall
        be payable extra, as applicable.

2)      The minimum fee payable for audit of accounts of AAI EPF Trust for the
        Financial Year 2017- 2018 and e-filing of income tax return shall be
        Rs.2,800/- [Rupees two thousand eight hundred only] (inclusive of all
        charges). GST shall be payable extra, as applicable. The same auditor
        shall not be appointed for 02 (two) consecutive years and not more than
        02 (two) years in a block of 06 (six) years.

3)      The CA firm should have valid PAN and GST registration number.

4)      The quotation must clearly indicate "QUOTATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF
        STATUTORY AUDITOR FOR AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS OF AAI EPF TRUST
        FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2017- 2018" on the face of the envelope.

5)      The quotation, addressed to the Secretary, AAI EPF Trust, Rajiv Gandhi
        Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi ­ 110 003, shall be dropped in the
        quotation box kept in CPF Section in Room No. 246, Block ­ A, Second
        Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi ­ 110 003, up
        to 15:00 hours by June 22, 2018 and the same will be opened at 15:30
        hours on same day, i.e., June 22, 2018.

6)      Quotations received after 15:00 hours by June 22, 2018 will not be
        considered.

7)      Quotations received through FAX will also not be considered.

8)      Quotations may be submitted strictly as per above terms and conditions.

9)      Quotation not received        as       per         above   conditions   is   liable   for
        disqualification.






It is requested to put transparent cello tape on the quoted fee to avoid tampering.
