      It appears from record that despite issuance of notice by registered

post for hearing of the appeal for today well in advance on 7.4.2014, there

is no response from the appellant. Similar was the position on the last date

i.e. 7.4.2014 and the notice was issued for today i.e. 5.6.2014. Under these

circumstances it appears that the appellant has lost its interest in pursuing

these appeals. These appeals are accordingly dismissed in default.

    The order is pronounced in the open court on 5th June, 2014
