                          Notice Inviting Tender
    Digitally sealed online tenders [E-tenders (Digitally Signed)], on rupee
payment basis are invited by Chief Accounts Officer (CA), Office of the Chief
General Manager Telecom, BSNL Haryana in Single Stage Bidding and Two
stage Opening using two Electronic Envelopes [Techno-Commercial
(Qualifying Bid) & Financial Bid ] for and on behalf of Chief General Manager
Telecom. HARYANA Telecom Circle, AMBALA CANTT on 1 5 / 0 4 / 2 0 1 9
for providing services w.r.t. Goods and Service tax and Income Tax matters on
retainership basis from the Firm of        Chartered Accountants who have
working office at AMBALA CANTT. In respect of items shown in Section
- I of the Tender document The Bids will be opened in two stages, i.e.
General & Commercial bid and Financial bid.

   2. For participating in e-Tendering process bidder shall access e-Bid
      document uploaded on the e tender portal and pay requisite tender
      processing fee as defined for the tender by e-tender service provider. The
      Price of bid document along with GST shall not be refundable.
   3. Intending eligible Bidder may download Bid Document from
      www.haryana.bsnl.co.in.       or Central Public Procurement Portal (
      http://www.eprocure.gov.in).

   4.    As the tender is invited through e-tendering process, physical copy of
        the tender document would not be available for sale. The bidder needs to
        download the tender document using the link as mentioned above.

   5. All the documents in Qualifying Bid ­Part-A and Financial bid-Part B are
      to be uploaded in the respective electronic envelops/parts on e-tender
      portal including proof of deposit of cost of Bid document and towards
      EMD.






   6. The cost of the Bid document @Rs. 590/- (Rupees Five Hundred and
      Ninty only) including GST shall be payable in the form of Demand Draft
      drawn on scheduled Indian bank in favors of AO Claims O/o Chief
      General Manager Telecom, BSNL Haryana Circle at the time of
      submission of bids, failing which the online bids shall be archived un-
      opened in the e-tender portal.

   8. Tender will not be accepted/received on the e-tendering portal after due
      date and time. The officer in charge BSNL reserves the right to reject any
      or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

   9. In case the last date of submission for offline document envelope and
      opening of bid is declared to be a holiday, the date of submission for
      offline documents & opening of bid will get shifted automatically to next
      working day at the same scheduled time. Any change in bid opening date
      due to any other unavoidable reason will be intimated to all the bidders
      separately.

   10.The tenders shall be opened on line through CPPP portal. BSNLs tender
      Opening Officers as well as authorized representatives of bidders can
      attend the on line opening from the comfort of their offices
