This is to inform you that the 20th World Congress of Accountants (WCOA) is being organized in Sydney, Australia from 5th to 8th November 2018. WCOA is a momentous event for the global accountancy profession. The World Congress events provide a unique chance to engage with visionaries and leaders and to bring your own expertise to the world stage.

The WCOA accounting conference brings together more than 6,000 delegates from over 130 countries to hear world-class speakers and leaders across the finance and business community.

This year’s theme is “Global Challenges | Global Leaders”, and the current speaker line-up includes global thinkers and change makers Niall Ferguson, Ban Ki Moon, Rachel Botsman and Michael Woodford MBE who will help shape your view on the future of our profession. It’s a great opportunity to be the part of this mega Conference of Chartered Accountants. The WCOA happens every 4 years and we are delighted to inform you that the next i.e. WCOA 2022 would be hosted by ICAI at Mumbai. 

We are happy to inform you that Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) with the support of Department of Commerce, Ministry of commerce and Industry, Government of India, is organizing “The Indian Pavilion” at World Congress of Accountants 2018 (WCOA 2018) in Sydney Australia. Other Charges on travel and hotel stay shall be arranged by participants directly at their cost which the members are to organize directly at their end.

The registration fees towards participate for WCOA 2018 at Sydney for Developing Nations, including India, is AUD 2330 i.e. ~ INR 1,20,000/- per person. However, registering through SEPC, the members can avail special registration fees of Rs. 70,000/- per person for participating in the WCOA Conference and Table space for networking on rotational basis.
