      G.S,R.       (E),-In   exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88,     89,9I,92,
93,94, 70I, 105, 108, 109, 110, 115, 117, 118, 119, 120 and 121 read with sub-sections
(1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government






hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (l4anagement and
Administration) Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. Short   title and commencement.--(1)        These rules may be called the Companies
(lvlanagement and Administration) Second Amendmeni Rules, 2015.
     (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Companies (l4anagement and Administration) Rules, 2014, in Form No.           N4GT-7,






ln paragraph I, under serial number (i), after "Global Location Number (GLN) of the
Company", the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"*Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the Company
