Objective: The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act is a federal/central piece of legislation and affects all
persons and associations uniformly throughout India. It consists of a framework for regulating and controlling
the acceptance and utilization of foreign contribution and foreign hospitality. This seminar is organized with a
view to simplify and understand the practical application of the provisions of the Foreign Contribution
(Regulation) Act.
