         By way of this stay petition the assessee has requested to stay of outstanding
demand of Rs.19,15,710/- for the assessment 2006-07.
2. Shri Soumitra Choudhury, Advocate, learned AR represented on behalf of the assessee has stated that he has no objection in case of early hearing is granted, then stay can be rejected. Shri David Z. Changthu, learned ACIT/Sr.DR has not objected to granting of early hearing. In such circumstances, we fix the appeal for hearing on 28-08-2014. No notice will be issued to either of the party. The appeal is fixed for hearing on 28-08-2014 and the stay is granted.
3. In the result, the above stay petition filed by the assessee is allowed as stated above.
