Fortis Healthcare touched an intraday high of Rs 111.15 and an intraday low of Rs 108.95. At 10:03 am, the share was quoting at Rs 110.20, up Rs 1.25, or 1.15%. Fortis Healthcare has got SEBI approval for rights issue. The rights issue is likely to open by September end, reports CNBC-TV18. It was trading with volumes of 15,521 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 1.31% or Rs 1.45 at Rs 108.95.
