With Maytas Infra being taken over by IL&FS, the spotlight is now on privately held realty firm Maytas Properties, promoted by Ramalinga Raju's younger son Rama Raju Jr.

Indicating this here on Tuesday, Ved Jain, government-appointed director on the boards of Maytas Infra and Maytas Properties, said the government's main priority now was to find a collaborator for Maytas Properties and focus on finishing the contentious and incomplete Maytas Hill County project.

"Our main concern is protecting the interests of the 400-500 buyers who have booked property in Maytas Hill County by completing the project," Jain said.
