Odisha Chapter of Eastern India Regional Council under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will organise a two-day All India CA Conference in Bhubaneswar beginning Friday.

Over 1000 chartered accountants from all over India are expected to participate in the conference which will be inaugurated by Governor SC Jamir. The theme would be ‘Trust, Truth & Transparency’. The two-day conference will comprise eight technical sessions on topics like transition to direct tax code, GST-the road ahead, regulatory arbitrage on deposit acceptance, regulatory changes affecting CA profession under new Companies Bill and cloud computing. There will also be a session on chit fund scams which will be presided by senior Supreme Court lawyer AK Ganguly, said Prashant Panda, chairman of the organising committee.
