Reason:


     1.                  Mr. S.J. Vazifdar, Retired Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana

     High Court is hereby appointed as Mediator in respect of PA Group
                                          2

and RA Group to implement the family arrangement and settlement

amongst themselves under the consent decree dated 14.08.2015.

2.   The   Mediator   is    requested         to   endeavour       to   complete    the

process of mediation on or before 30.07. 2018.

     List the matter for further directions on 03.08.2018.

3.   The   respondents     are   restrained         from   in    any   manner   selling

and/or dealing with and/or disposing of the Annexure-A Flats/PA






Kash Foods property (as defined and described in the consent decree

dated 14.08.2015) until further orders.

     The   Mediator    shall     decide       his    fee   and     other   incidental

expenses on his own.
