In exercise of the power conferred by section 28A of the Chartered Accountans Act, 1949 (38 of 1949 ) the central Government here by makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of india in the ministry of corporate affairs published in the Gazette of india Extraordinary, Part-II section 3 sub-section (i),vide number G.S.R. 38(E) dated the 19th january, 2011
