The popular handbook on income tax, 'How to Handle Income Tax Problems' by Narayan Jain and Dilip Loyolka, will be soon available on a CD.

The authors released the second volume of the book in the city on Wednesday.
 
Shri B C Goel, chief commissioner of income tax, Kolkata, said such a book helps to tackle the problem of tax evasion as it makes the public tax literate.

Regarding the recent developments in the department, Goel said it is aiming 100% computerisation of services by December this year. The department has also introduced a process of annexure less return and an electronic refund system.
