MCA extends Deadline of Filing of Form NFRA-2

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( MCA ) has extended the filing of Form NFRA-2.

In a Circular issued by MCA said that, In continuation of the Ministry’s General Circular No. 7/2020 dated 05th March 2020 and after due examination, it has been decided that the time limit for filing of Form NFRA-21 for the reporting period Financial Year 2018-19, will be 210 days from the date of deployment of this form on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA).

The form is required to be filed under rule 5 of the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018.

Earlier, MCA had extended the last date of filing of Form NFRA-2 for 150 days.

The National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018 vide National Financial Reporting Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2019 prescribed that Auditor Shall File Form NFRA-2 by 30th November every year.
