KPMG forge tie-up, Learn Today
April, 11th 2011

Universal Learn Today, an India Today Group company, and KPMG Advisory Services have entered into a strategic partnership in the area of education.

Both the organisations bring considerable experience and equity in the education domain to the strategic partnership that will cover consulting for the government and regulatory bodies on school education, PPP policy, implementation and related areas; monitoring of large, agency-funded projects in school education; implementation of government initiatives; and change management and transformation projects in school education.

Commenting on the partnership, Russell Parera, CEO of KPMG in India, said, "We believe that the two organisations complement each other.

The sector depth of Learn Today in the education industry, combined with the process and implementation rigour of KPMG, will bring professional services that are much needed to address the challenges faced in this growing sector."

Sharing the sentiments, India Today Group chairman and editor-in-chief Aroon Purie said, "We are happy to collaborate with KPMG in the education space, which is a fast growing and potentially large business segment.

The collective strength of the two organisations will make us a leading player in this space. We look forward to this association."
