ICAI - Specimen Multipurpose Empanelment Form 2009-10

Professional Development Committee (PDC) is pleased to host the thoroughly revamped Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) for the year 2009-10. The new form has been comprehensively revised to make it user friendly and ensure that members do not face any problem in submitting the form. Apart from making form simple and user friendly members may note that the form this year shall be filled completely online. In view of the fact that form has been thoroughly revised and an extensive testing process is underway to ensure that complaints are reduced to minimum. As a new initiative, an online complaint filing facility shall be provided to the members where they would be able to register their complaints.

The specimen MEF for sole proprietorship, partnership concern and individual members are being hosted for the members along with the advisory so that they may keep the requisite information readily available with them while filling up online MEF.
