To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part IL Section 3, Sub- Section (i)l Government oflndia Ministry of Corporate Affairs NOTIF'ICATION New Delhi, 23'd March,2016 G.S.R. .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) ofSection 469 ofthe Companies Act, 2013 (18 of20l3), the Central Govemment hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, namely:- l. (l) These rules may be called the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules,2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
