ICAI, Hyderabad elects office-bearers

The southern India regional council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Hyderabad, has elected new office-bearers for the year 2013-2014. According to a release, Tirupathaiah Yarra was elected Chairman of the Hyderabad branch of the southern India regional council of the institute. The other office-bearers include K. Mathesh Reddy, Vice-Chairman; T. Rama Murthy, Secretary; and China Masthan Thalakayala, Treasurer; among others. The Hyderabad branch is the second largest branch in the country after Bangalore. The ICAI has 135 branches across the country.
