Except some specific sectors , the corporate houses have not been rewarded for their contribution in the growth of the GDP.
Benefits to individual tax payers could have been better and the amount under Setion 80c could have been increased to motivate the savings. Overall this is a Budget to catch the votes of the rural, illiterate farmers.
