ICAI to upgrade Hubli centre, shortly

C A Amarjit, president of Hubli centre of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI) said that the ICAI Hubli centre will shortly be upgraded and will be made as the hub for students studying for CA Course in North Karnataka. Speaking after inaugurating the library building of ICAI at Madhura Chetana Colony here recently, Amarjit said the institute will be upgraded to meet the needs of the students pursuing basic CA course as well as those preparing for examinations at higher level. There are nearly 10,000 students enrolled for CA course in 12 districts of North Karnataka. He appealed to the students to come up to the expectations of the society by making full use of the facilities provided by the government like libraries, educational loans etc.
