Announcement for the Members registered in the Post Qualification Course in International Trade laws and WTO. Since the subject matter of the Six Papers of the Post Qualification Course in International Trade laws and WTO namely, Paper 1: Introduction to International Trade, Paper 2: GATT, Rules of Origin and Trade Related Agreements, Paper 3: GATS, TRIPS and TRIMS SPS and Dispute settlements and review procedures in WTO, Paper 4: Domestic trade Laws, Paper 5- Anti-Dumping, Anti-Subsidy and Safeguards- Laws and Practice, Paper 6- Competition Laws and Policies, is dynamic and Changes keeps on taking place, it is imperative that the members enrolled for Examination are tested for developments which have taken place 6 months prior to the date of Examination.
