Since the subject matter of the Six Papers of the Post Qualification Course in International Trade laws and WTO namely, Paper 1: Introduction to International Trade, Paper 2: GATT, Rules of Origin and Trade Related Agreements, Paper 3: GATS, TRIPS and TRIMS SPS and Dispute settlements and review procedures in WTO, Paper 4: Domestic trade Laws, Paper 5- Anti-Dumping, Anti-Subsidy and Safeguards- Laws and Practice, Paper 6- Competition Laws and Policies, is dynamic and Changes keeps on taking place, it is imperative that the members enrolled for Examination are tested for developments which have taken place 6 months prior to the date of Examination.
