Chartered Accountancy CPT- Common Proficiency Test on 16 June 2013

The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced that the CPT - Common Proficiency Test (Paper- Pencil Mode) will be held on 16 June 2013 in two sessions in 142 Indian centres & 5 overseas centres provided that sufficient numbers of candidates appear from each centre. The CA CPT i.e. the Chartered Accountant Common Proficiency Test has to be cleared to enter the entry level i.e. the first level at which a student can start pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (professional accounting) course. It is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for admitting students to the Chartered Accountancy course.
