The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Indias premier accounting and auditing body is organizing its unique mega event christened - ICAIs CORPORATE FORUM focusing on enhancing the brand image of its members in industry during January 29 and 31, 2010 at Goregaon sports Club, Mumbai.

On the Inaugural Occasion Oscar Fernandes, Member of parliament Rajya Sabha said I am so excited to see this enthusiasm of servicing the nation since 6 decades now, It is a great honour for me to say that 40 % are women who are pursuing this course, I will look forward to increase in percentage of influence of women, Students are putting a lot of effort and they will take this profession to a different heights.

Financial crisis was an eye opener so I think ICAI can provide inputs to our govt. to compare economies of diff countries, We trust our cas for their budgeting service for good governance and system.

He concluded by saying Nations are not just built upon a maze of financial acts and regulations. What matters is the most is the interaction of the common people with this framework of processes.
