Madam/Dear Sir,

The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted a Group of Digital Transformation and Process Reengineering Committee with the following members:-

• CA. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, (Convenor)
• CA. Anil S. Bhandari (Co-Convenor)
• CA. Atul Kumar Gupta, Member
• CA. Manu Agrawal, Member
• CA. M.P.Vijay Kumar, Member

The terms of reference of the said group are as under:-

1. To finalise the appointment of the vendor for development of new self- service portal for providing services to members, firms and students.

2. To review and monitor the implementation of the said project.

3. Any other incidental matter (including procurement of hardware and network infrastructure) related to the said project.

Sh. Vivek Gupta, Deputy Secretary would act as the Secretary to the aforesaid Group. 

The said Group will submit its report periodically to the President.
