GSTN issues Taxpayers guide to GST Errors and Solution

The Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) issued a comprehensive guide dated November 05, 2020, for taxpayers on common errors on GST Portal and suggested solutions with respect to registration, returns, payment, refunds, E-way bills, appeal, and DRC-03.
The GSTN while pointing out errors in the New Registration stated that the Status of ARN generated against new registration is showing ‘Pending for Clarification’.
The solution given for this problem was that Show Cause Notice has been issued by the tax official against the application for registration and the individual needs to review and submit the desired information which is stated in the respective notice.
The network while addressing the problem in registration dealt with the new registrations, amendment in core fields, amendment in non-core fields, GSTN-MCA Integration, cancel;ation of registration, registration and update DSC, composition and application issue.
The GSTN while addressing the problem in filing the returns dealt with the GSTR 1, GSTR 2A, GSTR 3B, GSTR 6, GSTR 9, GSTR 9A, and ITC.
The network while addressing the problem in payment dealt with the payment of GST.
The network while addressing the problem in refund dealt with the issue of filing refund application following the message pop-ups on-screen, while creating refund application, unable to save/sumit/ file new refund application, etc.
The network while addressing the problem in E-way Bill dealt with invalid login credentials and invalid GSTN.
