No. 103/2014 - Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 07th November, 2014
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance No.78/2014-
Customs (N.T.), dated the 16th September, 2014, published vide number G.S.R. 655 (E), dated
the 16th September, 2014, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification,-
(i) against serial number 1, in column (2), the words "and the New Okhla Industrial
Development Authority Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh" shall be
omitted;
(ii) against serial number 14, in column (2), in item (i), after the word "Jalpaiguri", the word
"Alipurduar" shall be inserted;
(iii) against serial number 32, in column (2), for the entries, the following entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
"The Districts of Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr and the New Okhla
Industrial Development Authority Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh.".
