        The assessee has filed this appeal for assessment year 2002-03 against order of
ld. CIT(A) dated 31.8.2010.






2.      At the time of hearing, ld. AR filed letter dated 7.11.2013 stating interalia that
the assessee does not wish to pursue the appeal. In view of above letter of the Ld.AR,
the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed.


3.      In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as not pressed.
