Empanelment of Individual Chartered Accountants/ proprietary firms for Audit of Urban Credit Societies and other Societies (other than UCBs) of Maharashtra.(Last Date 25th November, 2010)
1. Empanelment of Proprietorship Chartered Accountant firms and members practicing in individual name for Audit of Urban Credit Societies and other Co- operative Societies (Only those Maharshtra based proprietorship firms /members may apply who are in full time practice as on 01.01.2010 and are exclusively associated with the proprietorship firm/sole practice respectively)

2. Please send following documents:
- Duly filled up Annexure A alongwith copy of the Financial Statements such as Balance-sheet, Income and Expenditure Statement of proceeding three financial years of the proprietary concern or individual along with the copies of Income Tax Returns.
- A declaration in the Format enclosed in Annexure B.
- Copy of Certificate for completion of WIRC Study course on cooperative audit by the proprietor/member practicing in individual name.
- Copy of certificate for completion of CISA/ DISA Course.
- Copy of special report submitted by the applicant u/s80 of M.C.S. Act, 1960 in cases where audit could not be carried out due to non availability of the records for audit by the society.

As the Panel is urgently required to be submitted to The Commissioner for Co-operation and Registrar of Societies, Maharashtra, Pune, the above-mentioned information along with documents should reach us by 25th November, 2010.
