ICAI to hold job fair at 10 centres
October, 09th 2012

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will hold a job fair at 10 centres across the country.

Starting with Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore on Tuesday, it will be at New Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata on Thursday and finally at Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune and Vapi on Friday.

The ICAI said that the job fair provides an opportunity both for employers and young professional aspirants to meet and explore the possibility of having a mutually beneficial relationship. The institute will make arrangements for the interviews at all the centres.

Besides leading companies, the forthcoming job fair is exclusively structured for small and medium-sized CA firms and SMEs, it said.

It has been the endeavour of ICAI to provide the Chartered Accountants placement opportunities. To achieve this objective, the institute has been organising campus placement programme all over the country for more than a decade now, it added.
