Madam/Dear Sir,
The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 363rd meeting held on 12th February, 2017, has constituted the Group to identify the issues for simplifying the process for compliance of GST especially by small and medium enterprises, traders and professionals, with the following composition:-
- CA. Atul Kumar Gupta (Convenor)
- CA. Madhukar N. Hiregange
- CA. Mangesh P. Kinare
- CA. Sushil Kumar Goyal
- Dr. Ravi Gupta
Since the Government is likely to seek ICAI’s views on the aforesaid matter, therefore, the Group is requested to identify the issues latest by 26th September, 2017.
CA. Sharad Singhal, Assistant Secretary will act as Secretary to the said group.
