This is to inform you that as required under Rule 27 of the S.Vaidyanath Aiyar Memorial Fund Rules and Regulations, the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Fund will be held on 26th September, 2015 at 5:30 P.M. in the office of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi.Further, in compliance with Rule 28 of the said Rules and Regulations, Agenda for the meeting together with the report of the Managing Committee and statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2015 will be placed on the table at the time of meeting.You are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.

Note: I wish to inform that under Rule 37 of the said Rules and Regulations, no member is entitled to any fee or traveling expenses or other allowances for attending the meeting of above Fund whether annual or special.
