Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI jointly with Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur, recently organised Career Counselling Programme on “Career as a C.A.”. The program was for the benefit of students of commerce stream pursuing their graduation.

On this occasion CA. Kirti Agrawal, Chairperson of Nagpur Branch of ICAI informed the students about the unlimited scope for CA’s. She effectively addressed the gathering and highlighted that perseverance and hard work are the keys to success in the examination. She said that scope for finance professionals is unlimited and unemployment percent for Chartered Accountant is Nil. She appealed the energetic students of the college to decide wisely and join the course.

CA. Kirit Kalyani outlined the procedure to get admitted to the course. He gave detailed presentation as regards formalities to be observed for getting duly registered for the CA Course and. He also informed the students about the various training programme as Information Technology Course, Orientation Program, Group Management and Communication Skills Program, etc. Students are supposed to enroll and be part of such effective courses simultaneously during their articleship tenure.

CA Swapnil Ghate, Vice Chairman of the branch, said that due to the proposed growth in the economy in the near future, demand for CA’s is going to increase manifold. He deliberated on the prospects and plethora of opportunities available for a Chartered Accountant.

The program was aptly organized and coordinated by Prof. Dahikar Sir and Prof. Kashikar Sir of the college.

Further, at the conclusion of the program the ICAI Nagpur Branch Managing Committee Members led by CA Kirti Agrawal, Chairperson, met with the dynamic promoters of the college being President Dr. Smt. Suhasini Wanjari and Secretary Adv. Abhijit Wanjariji.
