 Finalization of accounts and audit compliance.Submission of m/o quarterly & annual accounts to the respective division of Hella KG & to the board in the board meeting.
 Cash Management.
 Procurement of Capital and Credit .
 Risk Management.
 To provide economic/ business decision making tools for the board of directors and chif executive officer in order to implement company direction and policy.
 To establish and administer tax policies and procedures related to direct tax i.e. income tax , TDS etc. and indirect taxation i.e. excise, sales tax etc.

 To inform the board on the performance of the company on quarterly/ M/o.
 Conducting AGM/EGM.
 Inventory control management.
 Desired Profile:  1) Only CA/MBA-Finance candidates apply for this post.
 2) Person having experience in Automobile industries need only apply.
 3) Business Planning & target achiever.
 4) Good team leader skill.
 5) Excellent written and Oral communication skills, Interpersonal skills.
 6) Presentation Skills.
 7) Having knowledge on SAP.
