Madam/Dear Sir,

The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 363rd meeting held on 12th February, 2017, has reconstituted the Group for taking a holistic view for all the Centre of Excellences (COE’s) where construction is yet to be started with the following composition:-

• CA. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal (Convenor)
• CA. Anil S. Bhandari
• CA. Mangesh Pandurang Kinare
• CA. Babu Abraham Kallivayalil
• CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal
• CA. Kemisha Soni

The Terms of the Reference of the Group are as under:

• To note the current position/status of different COE’s.
• To consider/frame the guidelines for the functioning and operations of COE’s.
• To study and recommend its decision to Council about retaining/surrendering the Lands allotted for COE’s at different locations.
• To formulate the Infrastructure Policy for COE’s.
• To consider the construction of boundary wall for all the COE’s land.
• To consider the construction of building for COE’s at different locations taking overall holistic view including utilization for all the COE’s.
• To frame the guidelines and purpose of COE’s i.e. organizing Training, Research and other functions/programmes to be conducted at COE’s including its modalities.
• To decide the number and levels of staff to be recruited at each COE’s/develop organizational structure.

Dr. Surinder Pal, Joint Director would continue to act as Secretary to the aforesaid Group.
