The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 331st meeting held in February, 2014, has constituted a Group comprising the following, to consider the issues arising out of Court Order dated 6th August, 2014 passed by the Lucknow Bench of Hon'ble Allahabad High Court and to restore status quo ante in the matter relating to appearance of Chartered Accountants before U.P. VAT authorities:-

CA. Anuj Goyal, Council Member (Ghaziabad)
CA. Sanjay Agarwal, Council Member (New Delhi)

Ms. Vibha Gupta, Deputy Secretary [Legal(L)] would act as Secretary to the aforesaid Group.
