Objective: Arbitration is the settlement of a dispute by the decision not of a court of law but of one or
more persons called arbitrators which is executable as a decree of the court. This Alternate Dispute
Redressal method is included under various co-operative legislations. This workshop is intended to
cover the legal and procedural aspects involved in the arbitration provisions under the co-operative
legislations.
