Kochi, Aug 19 Around 1500 students from across the country and a few from abroad are expected to attend the 22nd All India Chartered Accountant Students' Conference scheduled to be held here on August 21 and 22.

Speaking to reporters here, Vivek Krishna Govind, Chairman, Ernakulam Branch of Southern India CA Students' Association (SICASA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), said the conference, the premier annual event of the Board of Studies, ICAI, is being hosted In Kerala for the first time.

The four technical sessions will highlight the practical issues and latest developments in auditing and taxation, he said, adding two special sessions will cover the personality development aspects and social and ethical responsibilities of professionals.
