PER SHRI BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M.

     In this case, addition has been made on account of cash
deposit in the bank account.        The AO passed the ex-parte
assessment order which is confirmed by the Ld. CIT(A). There is a
total demand of Rs. 28,97,990/-.

2.   Ld. Counsel for assessee submitted that in case early hearing
of appeal is granted, he would not be pressing the stay
application.

3.   Considering the facts of the case, the submission of Ld.
Counsel for the assessee the stay application is dismissed as
withdrawn.     However, we direct the office to fix the appeal for
hearing on out of turn basis on 22.08.2019 for which date no
separate notice will be issued.

4.   In the result, stay application is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Order pronounced in the open Court.
