     Ld. Counsel for assessee submitted that assessee is a senior
citizen. He prayed early hearing of the appeal may be granted.






2.   In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for assessee stay
application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, office is directed
to fix the appeal for hearing on merits. Appeal be fixed for hearing
